What an exciting evening! First of all, thank you to Stacy Mitchhart for hosting Guitarfest 2009! We were honored to have him here. A big thank you to all of our very talented contestants and to those of you who came to support them. Guitarfest 2009 would not have been possible without the great “Tie Dye Tom”, so a very special “Thank You” to Tom Hunter, our Gibson/Epiphone Representative.

The night started off with a live performance from Stacy Mitchhart. Then the competition began. What talented guitarists! While the judges were totaling the scores, we were treated to another performance by Stacy. One of our contestants, William, was asked to play a couple of songs with him! Check out the videos!

3rd place went to Zach Zeger. He recieved an Epiphone shirt, hat, and other special goodies.

2nd place went to Mike Byrne. He won an Epiphone DR acoustic guitar w/ gig bag.

and last but certainly not least,

1st prize went to 8 year old Will Hawfield. He won an Epiphone Dot w/ hardshell case!

First and Second will compete in the finals. Good luck guys!
